I have had a tooth extraction, bridge work, multiple crowns, and fillings. This is by far the best run medical office I have every dealt with. Appointments are ALWAYS on time. Dr. Hansmann is patient and gives patients options for treatments. After my bridge work was done I had to have a dental procedure done by a dental specialist. He commented on the excellent work that Dr. Hansmann had done. I highly recommend Dr. Hansmann.

William Hansmann, DDS, was my dentist for 20 years. Over the 20 years, I noticed his attention to his patients waning. Due to the unprofessional bevaior of his staff, I left the practice a few years ago. We are now in dispute over a treatment plan submitted to my insurance company in the year 2009.

I visited this practice last week for a scheduled cleaning. I have to say they are on the ball. They saw me exactly at my appointment time. The staff were very plesent but also very knowledgable. I met the new dentist, Dr. Sheth rather than Dr. Hansmann. She was so very good. Confident, polite and gentel. Went to school at a tier one dental school and had a world of experiance. I love Dr. Hansmann but I liked Dr. Sheth equally. There is not better dental practice in the area. John

Dr. Hansmann has always been very professional and his staff friendly and helpful. I am rarely kept waiting in the waiting room. All treatment has been efficient and successful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

Great Staff and Service!!! I highly recommend Dr. Hansmann. The billing and insurance claims are done very fast. They will call if there are any problems. They try to accomodate your schedule at best.

I have been a patient for the past few years. Dr Hansmann and his staff are simply wonderful, very skilled, very friendly, very professional. His office is very efficient, with appropriate use of the whole range of dental professionals. Dr. Hansmann may not be involved in the routine check-ups but he always performs the oral exam and is always willing to take whatever time the patient needs. The office itself has the latest in technology, is very bright and attractive, and is very eficiently run. Hint: Ask for Gayle as your hygienist for your routine checkups - She is especially skilled and pleasant.

We took our 12 years old to Dr. William's office twice. The service has been great and the staff are always friendly. The only problem is that this office always charges more than what the insurance covers. For a regular clean, the insurance is supposed to pay in full. However, becasue of the bill sent from the office, we always ended up having to pay around $50 after the insurance took care the claim.
