I went in for a tooth pain and Dr Gina gave me a root canal- not once but twice on the same tooth because she messed it up. Then I found out that she wasn’t qualified to do them and had to go to an endodontist to have it all corrected. On top of that, her staff was taking my checks made out to Dr Gina and depositing them into their own personal accounts. I received an angry call from Dr Gina saying that I owed her money. I had to pay my bank to get copies of the checks to prove that I had paid her but her staff was stealing from her. Never received an apology. Will NEVER go back there again! Total nightmare!

About Front Desk: They stole my checks and deposited them in their personal bank accounts.

Dr. Gina Hurt is a competent dentist that knows all phases of dentistry. She has good communications skills and is pleasant - told me exactly what was going to happen and carried through with it. I trust her enough to continue any procedures I will need at a future time. Her staff are polite and made me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and in a good location. I think overall I would rate Creative Dentistry with the highest marks.

About Front Desk: Excellent - polite made me feel comfortable right a way.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was competent and thorough. Her manners were of a person who knew her job well. I would feel comfortable with this hygienist at a future time. Overall I would rate her as excellent.

My mouth is now destroyed thanks to Dr. Hurt. She over prepped all my teeth for crowns which lead to root canals on EVERY tooth! Burned my maxillary bone while using an electrosurg. After all of that many months of unexpected treatment she said my bite had collapsed and told me since I couldnt pay for it I needed to go to Macon to the dental school.

Great staff, Dr. Gina is very nice and informative. My ten year old daughter really felt comfortable and relaxed. She did not want to go to the dentist and was scared but when the staff made her feel great she loosened up. I highly recommend this dentist for you and your family.

Worked me in very quickly to fix a tooth that had been knocked back into my mouth. I was from out of town and she treated me like I was one of her regular patients. I thought so much of her initial treatment that I am returning the 2:30 hours for follow up instead of using my normal dentist.

I had put off getting a replacement crown for a couple of years. The old crown was over 25 years old. I let Dr. Hurt do the work since she was a provider for our dental plan. The impression came out good the first time and the new crown fit perfect . I have another one that is about 20 years old and I will have her replace it soon.

Dr. Gina Hurt is my dentist and she also takes care of my son's teeth when he is home from college. She is very pleasant and has stayed after hours to explain the situation with my teeth. My son always calls at the last minute and she never hesitates to work him in her busy schedule. I am very satisfied with her, the office and all of her staff. I feel totally at ease when I go there and my son has mentioned the same. She is such an ideal dentist and working mother and seems to manage to get it all done. My kind of woman and dentist.....Carolyn Dale

Before coming to Dr. Gina's dental office, I considered myself a dental scaredy cat. My experience at her office was one of the most relaxing and self assuring visits I have had in my entire life. I had some sweet sensitivity on a back molar. My insurance changed and I found Dr. Gina on my insurance list so I called and they were able to work me in that day!!! Every staff member at some point introduced themselves at different stages of my appointment and Dr. Gina went to extreme lengths to try to make me feel at home. She even showed me the problem with my tooth on the x-ray. No doctor has ever taken that kind of time with me. I had all my families charts transferred to her and I recommend everyone to this office now:)

When you enter this office it's like an episode of The Twilite Zone. Strange office decor, no private rooms for involved procedures. The operations are very hectic. The Dr. switches from patient to patient during very difficult procedures leaving you w/ feelings of serious doubt about the quality of care you've just received. In my case, I feel she was in over her head and should have referred me out to a specialist. She even admitted during the procedure that she'd never seen anything like it and didn't have the right tool to reach all the decay! How would you feel if the dentist you entrusted to save your tooth said that? She root canaled what decay she could and loosely sealed up the tooth. Now it's getting worse and I'm going to have to have an extraction. Take my advice and seek another dentist!
