I would highly recommend Beth Pascaner to anyone, expecially those who have dental phobias! Dr. Pascaner is an intelligent, conscientious professional who went above & beyond the call of duty to help me resolve some very complex, extensive dental issues that developed over years of neglect & avoidance. When I first saw her, I had extensive decay, missing & broken teeth, a severely collapsed bite and a hodgepodge of broken, cracked or damaged posts, crowns & fillings. Dr. Pascaner took x-rays, made study molds of my upper and lower dentition then studied my case very thoroughly, exploring every possible treatment (including the newest cutting-edge technologies). She put together 3 possible treatment plans: the cheapest option; a healthier, better-looking but more expensive option; and the ideal, top-of-the line option then showed me how we could "mix & match" to get the best treatment for the lowest price. She made sure I understood every proceedure, its pros & cons & long term considerationsl I had some very bad childhood dental experiences & was terrified; however, Dr. Pascaner & her staff were warm, friendly & very understanding & sensitive to my needs.. They let me use a cd player with headphones to cover the drill noises & administered gas to relax me before attempting to work on me. Dr. Pascaner applied topical anesthetic before giving injections to minimize the stinging & burning sensations and was exceptionally gentle. She made sure that I was completely numb and comfortable at all times. She never caused me significant pain even though she treated abscesses, did a wisdom tooth extraction, some root canals, buildups for crowns & bridgework & removal of roots from a tooth that shattered at the gumline. She was always honest & never tried to mislead me about things that might be uncomfortable. She was always careful to warn me about anything that might frighten me so I grew to trust her completely! She creatively combined crowns, bridges & a flexible upper partial with an open palette that can be upgraded to a fixed bridge with implants when I am able afford it. I'd like to thank her for gaving me the lovely, natural looking smile I always dreamed of having.
