First Amanda at check in was very rude. Dr. Whitener hurt me while grinding on my tooth. After working on my teeth they are worst than ever & now he sent me a bill for work that the insurance will not pay even though he is contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I call to discus the bill. Amanda was very rude and when I asked to speak to Dr.Whitener she said that it his job to work on my teeth not discus a bill and she refused to let me speak to him about the matter.

Crowns, which are perfect, fillings, extractions and set -up for implants. Excellent dentist, no pain and a very very nice guy. All of the staff are warm , friendly and take care of all your needs. Very relaxed atmosphere. I do recommend friends and family to him.

My family first switched to Dr. Whitener when my white-knuckle-dental-patient-mother was referred to him. Since then, we've had everything from minor cleanings to more complicated procedures performed by him. When we've had an experience that was beyond his expertise, his recommendations for other practitioners have always been wonderful. Going to the dentist is never a fun activity, but Dr. Whitener and his amazing staff make the experience as painless and soothing as possible. I genuinely feel like Dr. Whitener and his staff care about my oral well-being and see me as a human - not a patient or number. My experiences with him have been so amazing that I commute from my new home in Maryland down to Georgia just to get my dental needs taken care of by his staff. If you're looking for a positive experience with your dental care, this office is the place to go to.
About Hygienist: My hygienist, Carol, is amazing. Gentle, efficient and competent would be just a few of her amazing qualities. She and the other amazing hygienists in Dr. Whitener's office are equally as professional and caring as Dr. Whitener.

I'd never go anywhere else! Dr. Whitener has been my family practitioner for as long as I can remember. He is professional, kind, funny and easy-going, and his staff reflects his beliefs about the importance of his practice.
Recently, I moved across the state and thus decided to visit a highly-recommended dentist in my area. Big mistake! I will drive across the state from here on out to see Dr. Whitener!

I am scared to death of dentist. I go as long as I can before
going. This was the first time I have ever been and I can say
it was almost painless, That is not a word I have ever used to
describe a dentist visit before. Heather was great and encouraging. Dr Whitener is the bomb

I have been using Dr. Whitener for several years now, and he is honestly and genuinely a really nice person. Not to mention great dentist. He has never hurt me during procedures and has made me more relaxed about going to the dentist. Great Job!

Dr. Whitener always makes some of the toughest procedures go as smooth as possible, he keep me laughing the whole time to keep my mind off any discomfort while I was having two crowns put in. I'd never go to anyone else.
