.The Doctor is very pleasant, very punctual. he used to do all his own work now he outsources it to other doctors..

About Front Desk: My family has been long time clients, although I am very up set they switched my child to a four month cleaning but did not notify me. So they where very confused that I would be upset I had not been told and insurance would not cover. They said it was a communication issue between me and my child. So you decide.

About Hygienist: Some are good and some are so rough they tore a whole in my child's lip.

On lay....so rough thought he tore my lip... Havw a large bruise from his rubbing and pulling my lip...felt like he was scrubbing an old shoe but was my mouth. He has absolutely no gentleness as a dentist. Would not want my dog treated like that. Looking for another dentist.

About Front Desk: Not friendly at all....have been to office at least 4 times and have not felt welcome to the practice.

About Hygienist: Teeth did not feel clean, still a little rough.

What a pleasant visit! Dr. Wilhoite is so patient and understanding for people who are stressed about going to the dentist.

About Hygienist: Always nice and thorough cleaning.

I have been going to Dr Wilhoite since 1990. He has taught me how to take care of my teeth, does not recommend unnecessary procedures, and always goes one step above. He has even called my home in the evening to remind me to resolve a dental issue I was avoiding. Now that is what I call customer service!
