An excellent dentist. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and more than happy to go over and explain the answers to any questions you may have about procedures or billing. The hygienists are wonderful and easy to talk to and Dr Roos himself is just the same. Our whole family comes here and I have referred several friends as well.

About Hygienist: I have been seeing Kathy for over 20 years now and she is amazing! Very easy to talk to and offers easy to understand explanations for any questions.

I chose Dr. Roos because of his proximity to my home. It was an excellent choice. Even though he is not a preferred partner for my insurance (MetLife), I still choose to use his services. The normal cleaning bills are always covered within a few dollars. However, within the past 1.5 years, Dr. Roos has begun requiring up front payment, so I have to wait for my check afterward. Dr. Roos has also performed one chipped tooth repair for me that has had no issues. He is a very nice and friendly person. He always answers any questions I have about my dental care clearly. Although I only see him twice a year, he remembers my hobbies and comments on them. Being new to the area 6 years ago and finding a dentist comparable to my home town dentist made settling into the community just that much easier. My wife also uses Dr. Roos after I introduced her when she moved here 4 years ago.

About Hygienist: The hygienist who serves me is very professional and always happy to see me. She enjoys carrying on a conversation about my family and her children. She is very thorough and provides a good cleaning.

I have gone to Dr. Roos for 19 years. At one time when I had dental insurance and he wasn't on my list, I continued to go to him because I loved the care I received there and trusted everyone to take good care of my teeth. My hygienist, Kathy, is the best! Very kind and caring folks. As an example of the caring people they are, when my son died, Kathy and Dr. Roos showed up at his calling hours. None of his other doctors who saw him much more frequently were there, and I certainly didn't expect it, but I was so touched. This practice is full of good people who are very professional and do excellent work.

About Hygienist: Kathy does a great job. I believe part of the evidence of this is that I have very few dental problems due to good prevention! She is very thorough, takes her time, is very respectful and careful about sensitive areas of the mouth. I have lived in several different cities and had some hygienists who left me sore and sensitive and others who seemed to fly through too quickly. Kathy is a real experienced professional!

Most important, the doctor was pain free, yes pain free, at giving oral injections-which were ALSO, ALWAYS VERY effective at causing me NO PAIN while he did his work.

I don't even live near Dr. Roos anymore but take a 1/2 day vacation from work twice a year for my by-annual cleanings because I feel so comfortable with him, my hygienist and the whole office. He's done two sets of veneers for me in the last 25 years and this second set has already been on six years longer than the manufacturer forecasts! Once, over his Christmas vacation, I had a toothache and he was willing to come into the office for me (most dentist's would have referred me to the Dr. covering for them in their absence.)

Husband and I go, super service, very gentle and caring Awesome assistant ladies!!!!
