For over 12 years I've been using Dr. Ching as a dentist, going in for regular check-ups, as well as having more serious work done on my teeth. His office has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've experienced, and Dr. Ching is down to earth, extremely kind, and excellent at his craft. Besides regular cleanings, I've had my share of other work done on my teeth--I had my wisdom teeth pulled, a root canal, and the most severe work being implant surgery on a tooth that I had cracked and which was too far gone to save. The implant surgery was a huge decision to make, but Dr. Ching and his staff were extremely helpful in walking me through the steps involved and making sure I was comfortable with everything. The surgery itself was pretty painless and I felt like I was in good hands. In the end it was a big success and I'm happy and thankful to this day for Dr. Ching for doing such terrific work. In the months following the surgery I needed to go in for regular check-ups to make sure the healing process was going well, and Dr. Ching's office went above and beyond to accommodate me and to make sure I was okay.

About Front Desk: I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Ching and his staff. They are always on time and are excellent at communicating and making me feel at ease.

About Hygienist: I've had some unlucky accidents with my teeth, and it's never a fun experience to go to the dentist and have your teeth worked on when you're in pain. But Dr. Ching makes the process of going to the dentist painless, informative and positive. I am very thankful to have him as my dentist.

Cost effective as well as professionalism, is the methodology of Dr. Ching. I was apprehensive about the procedure and Dr. Ching would thwart my fears by simply explaining the process as well as the biling. It was a very productive journey for me. Dr. Ching still remains my hero.

About Front Desk: Susan is extremely patient and affiable. She is proficient at what she does (appointments, billing etc.). It helps patients when they are promptly addressed.

About Hygienist: Dr. Ching...what can I say, Meticulous, intelligent and professional. I had the best cleaning of my life...sooo much better than my previous hygienist.

I have had cleanings, fillings (both composite & amalgam), flouride-treatment, gum-scraping. I found the service, and explanation of procedures, insurance-options, and overall quality of service and care to be extremely good. The office staff and all personnel are extremely courteous. I would heartily recomend Dr. Ching to my famoly, friends, and co-workers.

About Hygienist: Sharon Atwood is very thorough and efficient. The amount of clea ningin the time taken is amazing. Sharon is gentle yet extremely efficient.

I enjoy his services. He is both professional and customer conscious in his treatments. I have been treated by him basically all of my life and I believe he is extremely profficient at what he does.

About Front Desk: The front desk reception lady is a new lady that I haven't expericenced before and haven't actually talked to. My secretary sets up my appointments and interacts with her but based on her reviews I give her 4 stars.

if only i had known dr. kim much earlier in my life. not only does he have great skills, he is very personable and what he recommends and discusses with me i trust.

The last 10 year, me and my mom who lives in mainland go to doctor Ching, my 80 year old mom makes special trip to come to hawaii just to have Dr Ching check her tooth My last trip to mainland, i had to go and see another doctor in mainland, he put crown on my teeth without root canal, which caused me extreme pain and discomfort, with a tears in my eyes from pain i went to Ching and he fixed my teeth, since then i promised myself where ever i am, i should not go to any other doctor , i should wait and comeback Hawaii and go to doctor Ching for treatment,. When I go to Dr Ching , feels more like going to spa than dentist.

Dr. Ching is a caring, loving individual who loves to have his patients looking good and feel good about themselves. He has wonderful great pictures and music in his office that everyone can enjoy. The atmosphere in his office is warm and comfortable, like family.
