I did extensive work with Dr. Masunaga and all of my experience was great... I was very, very afraid of going to the dentist and haven't gone in a long time. They worked with me and made me feel very comfortable on all visits. I will recommend family and friends to him.

I've been afraid of the dentist for years and have not gone in years... Dr. Russell Masunaga and his staff took the time to educate me on what kind of treatment I needed. He is so gentle and so caring..... I recommend him to all my family and friends. He did my bridge work and laser work on my gum treatment... I think he is very experienced and knowledgable with high tech equipment.

I received two root canals from Dr. Masunaga. Both of them became infected and had to be redone. My new dentist was shocked at the shoddy work he did. A side-by-side comparisson of an xray of Mausunaga's root canal compared to the redo tells the story. Masunaga's was not a complete job.
I would always pay my 100% of my bill upon completion of dental service. I had to fight to get my share back from his staff.
Bad dentist with and even worse staff.
