About Front Desk: dr yoshida is a sweet person but Beware of front office lady Lisa. she is very rude! thinks she knows everything. would never go to this office.

Dr. Alan Yoshida and his staff have always provided excellent service. Takes me at my appointed time. Transformed my dental issues from embarrassment to confidence. I always leave the facility feeling that the dental work done was successfully. Dr. Yoshida and his staff work efficiently, thoroughly and quickly. They inform me of my options for all dental work in a manner I can understand. The equipment used is modern and clean. The facility is clean. They listen to my concerns and feedback. I am quick to recommend Dr. Yoshida to anyone who is looking for a dentist. His staff coordinates the insurance paperwork, provides reminder calls to me for check ups and appointments. I have been with Dr. Alan Yoshida over 30 years and he and his staff have always...always provided excellent and outstanding service to me and to the people I've referred.

The administrative staff was extremely rude and surely. The typical attitude displayed by arrogant administrative staff that the patient could not possibly know anything nor have the right to ask general and detailed questions regarding the doctor's competence, expertise, and procedure methodology.

Very caring and explains the procedures thoroughly. Never any pain. Administrative staff is competent. No complaints what so ever. Have been a patient for over 20 years...and I still have my teeth!!!
