Today at noon Tino Kleiss had an appointment to have three extractions at your office. We were asked to come a little bit early, and Tino was to take a sedative an hour and a half before arrival. He did as he was told, and due to his sedative he was not as able to defend himself at your office today which is why I called for him. At his previous appointment he was told that a monthly payment plan could be arranged for the procedure planned for today. We were not advised that before any work could be done a payment of $300.00 was required. Had we known this we would have scheduled the procedure for Monday as payday is tomorrow September 4th. Tino did come prepared with $100.00 to his appointment which was made clear both to the receptionist, as well as to yourself on the subsequent phone conversation with me.
In order to make the appointment today, we both had to take off of work and school, as he needed assistance getting to and from an appointment of that nature. I am deeply offended at the lack of professionalism in your office. It is incredibly inconsiderate to suddenly tell a person who has been prescribed Lorazepam that they are not welcome to be seen for treatment due to not having enough cash
