I saw Dr Verban for 5-10 min. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and charged me $110.00!!! I emailed them and asked for my money back and never heard from them! I had to pay another dentist for my work I would absolutely NEVER reccomend him!! I have NEVER written a negative review of anyone before.

I avoid this office like the plague, mainly due to the office staff. Hope is particularly rude and impatient, and made me feel stupid when I brought up my anxieties about visiting a dentist. Fortunately there are plenty of other offices in the Bloomington/Normal area, and I will never return to Dr. Verban's office again.

I had a dental implant for which I was supposed to be sedated. Unfortunately, I woke up during and had severe pain for a week. He gave me an ugly round tooth and cracked the tooth behind it when trying to push it in. Now, only two years after implant it is loose and I am going to have to pay again for another tooth. He treated his office staff horribly and was very rude. I work in the healthcare field and would not wish this experience on anyone. I have had one other dental implant after this experience in another office with great success.

Dr. Verban is the best dentist in bloomington. Kind and caring to his patients. I never feel rushed whenever i need to see him.

About Hygienist: Love the hygienist!! they are all so caring..

Dentist was cocky and very arrogant. Treated his hygienist like she was very much beneath him. Even treated me like I should know exactly what was going on and became grouchy when I appeared ignorant when he was showing me my x-rays. I'd recomend another dentist in town that treats his people like they're supposed to be treated.

About Hygienist: She was great until the doctor came in and you could feel her kind of shrivel away and take the heat/wrath he was giving that day.
