Dr. Dotson told me that having cosmetic dentistry would be the nicest thing I'd ever do for myself, and he were right! I look back and don't know why I waited so long. I used to be embarrassed to smile, now I love my smile and people tell me how beautiful my smile is. I SMILE MORE, feel happier and enjoy the confidence of a radiant smile. I drive by more than 30 dental offices to get to his and I would drive by more than 300 if I had to!

I don't like the factory approach at this office. You are seen by a group of technicians and finally Dr. Dotson comes in. You definitely do not get his full attention. Dr. Dotson is the most painful dentist I have ever had. He is not gentle, he jerks your mouth, cheeks, etc. around and I always experience discomfort for several days after any treatment.
On the plus side, their equipment is top notch, state of the art and the post treatment massage is a treat. Their cleanings are the best I have ever had.

i was so impressed by this dentist that i dont think i could ever go anywhere else. this office plays good music, has massage therapist that give a FREE massage ( and it was the best massage ive ever had, she was really strong!) parafin waxing, they have everything that could possibly make for a good expierence at the dentist. Dr.Dotson was very plesant and just "cool" i recommend this place to everyone! besides all the cool stuff, my teeth look great (i had zoom whitening done)

I went in for a cosmetic consult and was shown before/after photos of myself. I have to admit, the technology that this Dr offers his patients is beyond what I ever expected. I decided to go for the complete Hollywood Smile especially after researching his credentials. I am so happy that I did not think twice about going through this life changing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have to admit that Dr. Dotson has an amazing practice and although his prices are slightly above what my insurance allows, in my opinion, you get what you pay for! Finally, you won't be able to walk out the door without getting a complimentary massage from a licensed massage therapist and a free bag full of goodies. I am sending all of my friends and family members to Dr Dotson!!!!!!!

From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted with a warm response. I was offered coffee, fresh baked bread (made daily in the office!!!). Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I was shown to the dental room I was asked if I would like a paraffin wax treatment (can you believe it!! at a dental office) The doctor took his time to talk with me we together with his staff answered all of my questions. After I thought the dental appointment was completed I was offered a free massage, as they call it a "tune up". I entered the office with doubt and left fully relaxed and confident. In the past I have had pretty bad experiences, I am very thankful I will never have to worry about that again. I highly recommend anyone who is scared of the dentist or just likes to be pampered to make an appointment or even stop by their office.

Extremly expensive for the same treatment at any other Dental Office. Hidden fees and service charges. All of the so called "spa" treatments are not worth the extra $$$ payed for the visit. Save yourself the $$$ and go buy your own back massager at Bed Bath and Beyond - thats where they buy their toys.
OVERPRICED and HORRIBLE customer service. Would not send family, friend, or enemies to this dentist!!

Dr Dotson is calming and pleasant, his facilities are state of the art and his customer care is tops. His office is literally a health spa with massaging chairs, dvd goggles and lots of other high tech comforts. The only thing is that his services are very expensive, probably due to the high overhead. Still they let you know what your in for before you leave with quote sheets and even offer financing. I wish there were more affordable dentists with the skill and bedside manner that Dr. Dotson has. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it!!
