That was my first time, I was refer by a friend that was going to Dr. Dumanska- Rudzki for over 10 years. My privies dentist recently retired. She was very professional and genteel, I had one filling to do. It was quick and painless. Before she started, she explained step by step what she will be doing. I mentions that I'm afraid of needles, she was very gentle with local anesthesia, I didn't notice when and how she did it. Overall I highly recommend her as family dentist, prices very reasonable. She was able to answer all questions, not like in big dental offices where you spend more time with nurse and and only time you see doctor is when he/she is poking in your month. I already set up next appointment!
About Front Desk: This Gentleman was very friendly and polite, he explain how to fill out and went over all information on registration card since it was my first visit.

Very unprofessional service. She doesn't like to inform patients about the prices of the treatments before starting them. When ordering dental products, I had to wait a whole month. When I finally received them, which I paid for them in advance, she claimed I didn't pay, and that we misunderstood each other. So many times I had to drive through the whole city for my appointment just to find out, that she was not going to do any procedure because she is suffering from a headache.

Very friendly, family like atmosphere. Professional and not extremely expensive service. As much as I disslike dental work I have to say I enjoy going to Dr. Rudzki's office:) Kasia B.
