I went to this dentist for 3 years and then decided to go elsewhere. He thinks that he does wonderful work and I disagree. I've had 4 teeth extracted - the one he did was the most painful extraction. I also have three crowns - the one he did is the only one that doesn't match the color of my other teeth.

I had a number of crowns done. He has an excellent chair side manner and I had no pain during the procedures. The office staff
Are helpful and friendly. The expense is considerable.

I had damage to my front teeth when I was a kid, and over time, became so weak, they had to be replaced with implants. When I came to Dr. Gershenzon, I was in pain and had several infections. Dr. Gershenzon and his staff and associates were so professional, and so compassionate and meticulous. I could not have been more pleased with the end result. The entire staff is always so great..I highly recommend this office!

per below about hygienist, the Dr. got defensive about what happened and refused to help correct the issue. This office is entirely disrespectful and does not understand customer service at the most basic aspects of it.
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST - you will regret it.
About Hygienist: horrible - after being warned about a fragile tooth, she disregarded my comment to be cautious and cracked and chipped my tooth. Afterwards she didn't even say sorry let alone take responsibility for what happened.

I fel on ice a few years ago and badly chipped my tooth front teeth. I had already been seeing Dr. Gershenzon for many years, and have been extremely happy with my service from him and his incredibly warm and friendly staff. I was so nervous that I wouldn't have teeth that looked great and looked natural. I shouldn't have worried--they looked awesome!!! I would receommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care in a friendly and personable office!
About Hygienist: I have seen both Karen and Melissa and they are both great! Peggy, the office manager is sweet and incredibly helpful!

The first time I saw Dr. Gershenzon, I was terrified of dentists. So afraid that my teeth were horrendous! After that first visit my fear was gone.
Between Peggy and Dr. Gershenzon, I felt that I had been a big baby. The entire office staff is wonderful! The hygentists are great and I love getting my teeth cleaned. I am totally greatful to Dr. Gershenzon, as well as Dr. Katz who is also gental and patient, Peggy and the whole staff for their understanding and patience to this fraidy cat.

Absolutely wonderful individual. He is extremely friendly, patient and understanding. He has a "magic touch" and any procedure he performs is painless, in my opinion. The only downside is the cost.

Dr. Gershenzon and his staff are the most professional yet customer friendly. My family and I have been utilizing his services for over 10 years and it's a pleasure to go in for an appointment. He's honest, friendly, and most of all a great dentist and great with children.
