Dr. Gilleran and her staff are excellent. They have replaced several of my old fillings, done some veneer work, and two crowns. They are pleasant and polite and work is of very high quality. I highly recommend!

Dr Gilleran is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest research. I also appreciate the fact that she is always mindful of insurance costs and helps me to schedule procedures around to best utilize my insurance.

I can not express how happy I am to have found Dr Gilleran. She is a true professional and sincerely cares about her patients. Her work is impeccable. For the first time in my life I feel like I have found a dentist that truly has her patient's best interest at heart.

I could not chew on my right side for over a year after having some fillings replaced; this is the worst experience I've ever had working with a health care professional.

Very knowledgable. Provided a selection of CD music to listen to. But I now need to have some costly work (~$4K out of pocket) that will not be covered by my insurer (Delta Dental).

While I find having a dentist and staff that call me by first name when I walk in is wonderful, the prices are outrageous. I had my work done here at the recommendation of a co-worker, but now I owe nearly a thousand dollars for fillings even after my insurance paid the recommended amount. I feel like my fillings are paying the high prices for a fabulous office in a skyscraper downtown, not my quality dental care. Besides, the nice lady who cleans my teeth is 10 times nicer than my dentist. I can second the motion that they are nice to you because you're paying them to be.

I am afraid of the dentist. Dr. Gilleran and the excellent staff made my visits very comfortable and much less stressfull than other dentists I have visited. Dr. Gilleran and the staff always take the time to explain what and why they are doing and always have time to answer my stream of questions. The front desk was always friendly and very efficient. I also love the fact that they are always running on time and expect their customers to be on time also. Great for the busy person.

Some visits were fine, but on other visits I felt this doctor was a bit quick and impatient. The front desk staff are usually painfully ingratiatingly nice, but I did get rude treatment when inquiring if the office had a membership with some of the dental discount programs that are cheaper alternatives for those without dental insurance. What does that tell you?
