I came to Chicago for a business trip and wouldn't you know it. I was eating something hard at a business dinner and suddenly I lost my filing. I didn't any dentist around Chicago and it was long way home and I was in pain. I decided to see this dentist and it was a horrible experience! She was not only expensive but I just couldn't believe that this lady had appointments on top of another. She had given anesthesia and made me wait for an hour while she tended to another patient. She wasn't professional with me either, this lady is not a people person. Hmm, maybe she was having a bad day but still you're a dentist.....be PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Dr. Hilo is the best. She doesn't perform any unneccessary procedures if they aren't going to benefit the patient. She did my daughters braces three years ago, and now she has the perfect smile. Dr. Hilo also did my root canal, and I haven't had any pain since last year. I'm going back for veneers soon.
