DR. MACKEY IS WITHOUT QUESTION, THE MOST PASSIONATE DENTIST I HAVE EVER MET. HE IS NOT ONLY PAINLESS, BUT METICULOUS ABOUT HIS WORK. I FEEL PRIVILEGED TO BE ONE OF HIS PATIENTS, AND HOPE THAT HE NEVER RETIRES. I CAN'T IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU KNOW HOW IT IS SAID,"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR?', WELL IN THIS CASE IT IS CERTAINLY TRUE. HE IS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THE WORK WILL LAST A VERY LONG TIME AND IS DONE BEAUTIFULLY.

Dr. Mackey is the team dentist of the Chicago Black Hawks!
He's a former dental instructor at the University of Illinois. He's gentle, patient, and informative. And he always gives you a free toothbrush -- what more could anyone ask for?

Dr. Mackey is clearly a top dentist, medically speaking. I have never had such a through routine exam - which, on the one hand, I appreciated, but on the other hand, I found it extremeley anxiety producing. His hygenist was similarly thorough, to the point of great discomfort. After 1 visit, I just could not bring myself to go back. If you have nerves of steel, you probably can not get better care than with Dr. Mackey. But if you are at all squeamish (as I am) you will find it hard to go back voluntarily...
