Dr Morganelli is a very experienced, competent, and professional dentist, and is always on top of the newest procedures. He's done front teeth crowns and back teeth bridges for me over the years and I'm totally satisfied wih every aspect of his work.
Dr M of course has his game face on when he's working, but when it's over he's very friendly and often quite hilarious; not many ppl can say they've actually had fun at the dentist's office, but I've had a lot of laughs there. He's a downtown guy and is pretty hip.
Whenever I've made an emergency call, his office has always told me to come right over, and someone sees me within 20-30 min. To me, this loyalty to and concern for his patients is a huge plus.
Expense - am not sure, crowns aren't cheap, but from friends I've talked to who go to other dental offices, his rates are in line with other dentists of this high caliber. Competition sees to that.
Pain - minimal; he's trying to help you, not hurt you.
Dr M's asistants, associates, and front desk staff are also top-notch and very pleasant. I've also had no billing hassles.
Overall, I give Dr Moranelli office straight A's, everyone there knows what they're doing.

I saw Dr. Morganelli after he had been recommended by my mother who has had years of dental problems. My first issue was with the staff especially the receptionist. Extremely rude and condescending. I requested Morganelli himself and was told that was impossible. Desperate at the time I went to his daughter and had a horrible experience. I had a crown put in and have never experienced so much pain with a dental procedure before. She was extremely incompetent. I've a had several crowns since then and never have they come close to what I experienced with her. I do not recommend going to this office.

Their customer service skills specifically the receptionist (Angela) is extremely rude, nasty and condescending . So, based on that I alone I'm changing to another dental facility. They have refused to even address this situation and has dismissed this situation like it never happened. It's unfortunate b/c I have been going to Dr. Morganelli for over 5 years and was satisfied until recently. They will take care of your teeth quite well, their dental hygienist (Esther) is excellent. Dr. Morganelli should be careful who he hires to service the front desk, b/c it looks like his receptionists might loose his clientele.

Dr. Morganelli has a great chair-side manner and his partners and hygienists are good too. On the downside, reception and billing is consistently incompetent. Location is good but the facilities are verging on ancient and do not inspire trust. Overall, recommended with reservations.

I have been a patient at Dr. Morganeellis' facility for approximately 20 years. I was happy until recently. It seems that the last couple of years the staff is not consistent which as a patient you seek continuity. The billing upfront versus charging your insurance and then billing you is ridiculous especially when you have been a loyal customer. My last consultation was hell. Dr. Morganelli told me that I had no right to demand a particular hygienist even though I reqested her 6 months ago. I also verified that I was seeing this hygienist approxiamtely a month ago when I called to cancel my son's appointment. He told me that I would not be welcomed at his facility if I questioned my services which is what I did at the front desk. I referred to him as "Morganelli" which is common and he told me that it was "DR. Morganelli" to me. He did not give me the courtesy of explaining myself and he did this all in front of the hygienist and the doctor who was checking me. This was totally unprofessional and I could not believe it. After reading the reviews my experience is consistent with what I have read. It is very unfortunate that customer service is lacking at this facility.

Nothing in particular was wrong with Morganelli Dentists but nothing was particularly good either. Their record keeping was always a problem as was getting appointments. The treatments themselves seemed fine and the hygenists were nice which is a good thing because I rarely got to see the dentist.

Terrible terrible!! He has no integrity, no standards!! Substandard facility and personnel, especially head dentist, Morganelli. Unhygeinic, hygienists do not wash their hands, they sneeze onto their gloves and equipment w/o replacing it. They place crowns that have been dropped on the floor. I expressed my concern to Morganelli. Any normal human being would have apologized and been concerned. He, however, said, "Can I ask you one thing. Are you compulsed?" Unbelievable. Astounded and agape, I asked what he would do. He stated that his staff and facility are at the higher end of the "spectrum". I told him I was disappointed in him and his response. I expected an apology. He stated the responsible people should apologize. I said he is responsible for employee actions since he is their employer. He then has audacity to say I am in the wrong profession (healthcare).

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS.
HE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE IS A DENTAL COLLEGE TEACHER. HE SEEMS TO HAVE THE LATEST EQUIPMENT AND TECHNIQUE. HE RUNS A LARGE DEEPLY STAFFED DENTAL FACILITY WITH ALL THE SPECIALITIES UNDER ONE ROOF.
ONE OF HIS GREAT VIRTUES IS THAT HE WILL STAY LATE TO SEE YOU OR FIT YOU THAT SAME DAY IF YOU ARE IN URGENT NEED.
