I have been seeing Dr. William Simon for dental care for most of my adult life. Even though I got married, had kids, and moved out to the north suburbs about 10 years ago, I still come into the city to see him because he is in my opinion one of the best there is! He is about the friendliest dentist I've ever met and really cares about his patients. And he's great with my kids, too.
I have routine cleanings and checkups twice per year. I have had a range of restorative care as well, including fillings, onlays, and crowns. He is very thorough and careful and discusses everything completely. He is great with anesthesia and the treatments are pain-free. The hygenists are top-notch, and the office staff are wonderful. His partner is an endodontist and did a root canal for me once and it went very well; she was incredibly gentle. He will always give me treatment options to suit my budget, as well. I've had several different insurance companies in my history and Dr. Simon's services never seem above the usual and customary charges.
For all these reasons, I go out of my way to go to their office even when I could find many dentists closer to where I live.
