I am so happy to have found Dr. Taugner. I can truly say that I love going to the dentist! He has done beautiful dental work on me and he is very gentle and caring. The office modern and the staff is very helpful.

Dr. Taugner is one of the most spectacular, professional and friendly dentists I have ever had. He is meticulous with every step of treatment. I had all of my teeth restored/capped. Rather than do cheaper and less appealing bridges of teeth, he restored each tooth individually. Amazing result! He works with a superior team of referral doctors and they are also fantastic. I would never lean him.

Awesome experience! I was missing my canine teeth and he fixed my smile painlessly. I now have a beautiful smile. Dr. Taugner was very caring and gentile. Highly recommended!

Dr. Taugner did a very bad job on my dental work. The implant, front crown do not match the rest of my teeth in color and he did not care I was unhappy with his work. To my complaints he offered new veneers on the remaining teeth to match the poor implant work. This additional work of course, comes only at an additional cost. I have witnesses to the doctorýs statement that he refused to listen to any complaints. I absolutely would not recommend this doctorýs service to anyone.

Dr. Taugner delivers a stress-free dental experience. I actually enjoying visiting the office.
Dentists and employees are friendly, knowledgible and very professional.

Dr. Taugner was arrogant and did not care if a patient was unhappy. His treatments were dramatic and did not work long term. His office personnel were rude and inflexible. His office is nice, but that is not what makes a good dentist.

Our family (of 4) used Dr. Taunger (and Dr. Kelly) for as long as they have been in this office (20 years?) and find them to be pleasant, gentle, concerned and thoroughly knowledgable and trustworthy. They do not specialize in treating children yet our two kids were always welcome, happy about the experience and well-treated. Referrals have been excellent when other specialists were needed. Staff is most helpful and you feel completely comfortable telling the doctors if there is something that displeases you. (Hygienists occasionally change, sometimes with good reason, and it's up to us as patients to inform the doctors of our experience and opinion. The ones that stay have been great.)
If the location suits you (and even if you aren't on north Michigan Ave every day, it's a great reason to go), you can take in a museum, shopping, dining and combine your appointment with something fun! In winter, it's nice to have parking in the building, though the price is steep. The only negative is that they do book up far in advance but, on the plus side, they fit you in when you have an urgent need.
