Every time I come to see Dr. Toups it is an absolutely easy experience. The procdures are well done and very comfortable. The best part is that he is ALWAYS ready at my scheduled time which for me is very important.

This dentist is an artist, he is really concerned about his patients and takes good care of them. His prices are high, however.

I went to Dr. Toups for the two years I lived in Chicago. He was personable, instructive, efficient, and most importantly, ethical. I had sensitivity in my teeth that felt like a cavity, but he showed me the X-rays, and said there was no decay, and that toothpaste for sensitive teeth would take care of it. He was right.
I say I respect his ethics because I've heard stories from friends and relatives of treatment urged on them by other dentists (in cities with expensive overhead; you have to wonder about motivation), but when they got a second opinion, it turned out to be questionable. Dr. Toups could have abused his authority and exploited our ignorance, but didn't. All respect to him.

Toups is great! I have only had restorative dentistry done (no cosmetic, but crowns and amalgams), but I feel his advice is prudent and well thought out, he is meticulous and careful in his dental care, and I have come to trust him and respect his opinion (and if you knew me, and how little I trust health professionals, you'd realise that this is really something). He is gentle and very kind -- a very nice man! I've moved out of the country and still come back to see him every time I am in town, and he always bends over backwards to accomodate!
