this is a comment about their office procedure: my husband had an appt scheduled for a Thursday. He travels for his job and found out on Wednesday that he was not going to be in town on Thursday, the following day, so he called and cancelled his appt. No one answered so he left a message on the answering machine. Thursday morning he got a call from the hygenist - mad at him becuase he was not keeping his appt - she explained to him that they had everything ready for him and she came in for his early appointment. My husband explained that he left a message stating that he wasn't going to make it and why and she said that they're not in the office on Wednesdays and she didn't get the message until Thurs am when she came in. My question is: who's fault is that? Check your messages remotely or instead of an answering machine, get voicemail so you can check your messages. this is not my husband's fault, he did what he should have professionally done. This office needs to be more professional and 1. realize that people cancel appts - as long as they call in, what more can they do.....and 2. get voicemail or some other way to check messages bcuz life happens and sometimes people have to cancel appts. geeeeeeezzzzzzzz!
