The worst dental experience of my life. Dr. Berg works on 5-10 patients at a time like on a conveyor belt. As a result of Dr. Berg's slip up during his "drill hammer" super quick epicoectomy procedure - my root canal was punctured a year ago and now I have CHRONIC inflammation that will never go away. It's not just me, I know a number of people who share my sentiments. Please avoid this office like the plague.

I was very nervous about having a root canal but found that it was painless and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Berg to anyone.

I paid about $1,200 for a root canal, which is probably pretty standard. However, the pain still exists. He now tells me it's possible he missed a root. I can either deal with the pain or extract the tooth. "There's nothing more I can do." Uh, how about do it right the first time or at very least, reimburse me? Stay away from here. Your problem won't be fixed.

This man was so rude and dismissive. I have never experienced a more unprofessional "professional". Dr. Berg actually walked out of the office after I asked him a question. I am an HR/Finance Director and was appalled at his lack of respect for someone who was his customer. I will ask the dentist who referred me to this man to refrain from sending anyone else.

About Front Desk: Fest sorry for all of them. They did attempt to be friendly, in spite of the miserable atmosphere created by their "boss".

My Experience: Other

Duration: Just long enough to be rude, arrogant and dismissive.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews you have read. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Dr. Berg. Rude does not even begin to describe the situation. Dismissive does not even begin to describe the attitude. Insulting does not even begin to describe the interaction. And the rudeness, dismissiveness, and insulting behavior does not stop with Berg. The front desk staff is horrible as well. If your primary dentist refers you to Dr. Berg, PLEASE ask for a different person to see. I wish I would have.

About Front Desk: Awful. Alma is simply the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, unhelpful, rude and insulting hack receptionist that I have ever encountered.
