I have been a patient of Dr. Chiang's for 25 years. I have paid him approximately 100,000 for work that included crowns, bridges, implants, and, multiple jaw surgeries which included bone grafts.
I recently called the office to schedule my routine teeth cleaning, and, was 'faced' with a recording that said "I am no longer practicing at this location. It has been my privilege and honor.....". At this point, the caller is told to leave a message or write a note and mail to the office location (10401 S Roberts Rd, Palos Hills, Illinois). Well, the line does not take messages, so, I mailed one note 4/16/12, and, another 5/15/12. I included a self addressed stamped envelope with my second note, and, have yet to receive a response. I paid $14.95 to look him up on a people search website, and, the information I was given was very little help. Dr. Chiang guaranteed all work done in his office as long as patients visited his office twice a year for cleaning and exam. I kept my part of the bargain, but, now that I have a broken 6 unit bridge, I cannot find him. Several months ago, I would have recommended him without question, but, now, not so much.
