I had my annual exam, cleaning and X-Rays. Dr. Rubisntein is very knowledgeable and has the ability to perform any procedure correctly and in a timely manner. He keeps himself updated with the latest technologies and procedures. Dr. Rubinstein is patient oriented and willing to assit you in any capacity. I highly recommend him in his practice.

About Front Desk: His office is kept in very good conditions and his Staff was very professional in assiting me with the insurance.

Dr. Rubinstein is extremely professional and friendly. I trust his judgment on the treatment of several complicated dental issues.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is great! They worked with me to schedule convenient appointments as I live about 30 miles away. Very helpful with insurance too!

About Hygienist: Very friendly and always made sure I was comfortable. She could read my cues of discomfort and changed the way she was cleaning the plaque off my teeth right away.

I finally found a dentist who cares. I had a combination of implants, crowns and bonding. Dr. Rubinstein evaluated my dental problems and gave me the 3 options on how to repair my problems. After making my decision he gave me an estimate on what the procedures would be. All the fees were up front and there were no surprises. At the end of my treatment I could not have been more pleased. The attention to color and detail surpassed anything that I had expected, I could not tell which were my teeth and which were the ones that he did. After my experience, I would recommend him to any one of my friends or family.

About Front Desk: I don't remember the name of the woman at the front desk, but what I do remember is that she put me at ease from the moment I set foot in the office.

About Hygienist: The hygienist I saw was Sandy. She was very pleasant, professional, and she educated me on the do's and don'ts of dental hygiene.

I had cosmetic bonding done to my front teeth to fill all of the gaps. The treatment was a success, I had no gaps, my bite was unaltered, and the coloring was so good that I cannot tell where my teeth ends and the bonding begins. I was in no pain or discomfort. Office staff was very kind and helpful, making it an overall wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this dentist enough,

About Front Desk: The staff here was great. Scheduling was easy, and was able to confirm my appointment by text. They were extremely friendly and personable, and really try to make you feel comfortable coming in.

I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THE FANTASTIC JOB DR. RUBINSTEIN DID! My expectations were very high because my smile has always been a priority for me. I was born without the lateral incisor and the canine on BOTH sides (the two teeth between the front tooth and the molars). Since I have a smaller mouth, it was decided that I'd get braces to pull my molars forward so that I would only need 1 implant per side instead of 2 implants per side. This meant that my molars needed to change shape to look more like the front teeth do instead of how a molar looks. Dr. Rubinstein had 2 crowns created for me to match the colour and size of my real teeth and he used bonding on the molars to give them a more natural look. Dr. Rubinstein went above and beyond what I thought was possible. My teeth now look beautiful and I even have people complement how perfect my teeth are. I experienced no pain and the doctor would check often to ensure I was ok, even making sure that my lips didn't dry-up. The office is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and professional and I also really appreciate the booking system because I can make an appointment online and the receptionist will either email or call me back to confirm the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein to my family and friends! I am so happy with how my teeth look, I am finally proud to show my smile off in pictures.

What a pleasure! I needed some major restorative work done and was recommended to Dr. Sergio Rubinstein. I scored the trifecta! Modern office, courteous and helpful receptionists, and very caring and skilled specialty dentist. My teeth now look great - the results were well worth the money, I had no discomfort and the follow-up after each appointment was diligent. It’s nice to be able to say my visit to the dentist was a success and a pleasure.

He was excedingly thorough in his examinatoin and pays great attention to detail. He did a painless procedure on me and has excellent hands. I never felt that he was in a rush and I feel that I can trust him 100%. I drove from Cleveland to Chicago because of his reputation and after i was treated by him, it completelky confimed it. I will continue to drive from Cleveland to Chicago for dental care and will refer all my loved ones to him. His office staff is also very competent and friendly

Dr. Rubinstein is definitely more expensive than other dentists but you really do get what you pay for. I would recommend Dr. Rubinstein when you have a complicated case that requires extra skills or for general dentistry.

Dr. Rubinstein and his team did a spectacular job on my front tooth. It had been fractured 10 years ago and I came to him with a root canal that was previously performed. I consulted many doctors before and it seemed like they all wanted to do the most invasive procedure which would also take months. When I came to Dr. Rubinstein, he examined my teeth and after looking at my x-rays, he gave me a lot of hope that my tooth can be fixed. At the end of my visit, he was able to preserve my tooth, make it look exactly like my other ones, and internally bleach it for me. I barely felt the procedure and the atmosphere in his office was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein's office and will be going there for many more years!
