Poor service.. Not experience as I thought he would be. Do not recommend. He's gentle but impatient with me.. Very unprofessional. I ask for my money back which he did half.
About Front Desk: Doesn't speak a word of English. I felt out of place.

Dr. Trandai is an experienced general dentist. He is such a charming, gental dentist. I haved been his patient for many years. He spent alot of times on me to explain every procedure, and made sure I was understood before starting to work on me. He also took out four of my wisdom teeth. It took him no time at all, and no pain. I didn't know them out until he said so. My recovery time is fast, thanks to his post op instruction. He did my Implants too. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends....

Dr. TranDai quickly came over and jammed the film right up in to the right molars which caused tremendous plain and bleeding. It was during this time I felt apprehensive of his services. He neglected the bleeding and continues with the x-rays. I would like to add, I have had plenty of dental visit where taking x-rays did not leave me with bloody gums. However, he remiss my bleeding and pain and continue as if it was a normal side effect. Dr. TranDai then replies firmly without EVEN denying my accusation, Go a head and get a lawyer!!! Dr. TranDai, confidently assured me that another one was needed before he could do the endodontic treatment, which would cost me an additional $500. But the charges from him did not stop there, he continue to show me the x-rayed picture of my old fillings, trying to convinces me that all of them needed a refill. Would need to be taken out and refilled because they were lifting. He didnt tell me price of refilling my whole mouth, because at this point I was completely shock by his diagnosis and confused... Wouldn't recommend. Customer service was poor. Tooth hurt after visit but when paged no answer.
