Dr. Peeler put a bridge in the front, which he put in wrong, because not even 6 months later another dentist said that there was a gap left between my gums and bridge where cavities will form. Guess what? A yr later and I have to get a new one, on top of that lose more of my teeth when taking it out, and lastly pay more money after being ripped off!! I was put on financing for 1 amt and got that paid, and then $600 add'l was charged that I refuse to pay! not surprised at all that he's gone. He made money off of procedures, not because he knew what he was doing!

My Experience: Bridge

Always happy to visit Dr Peeler - easy, doesn't try to keep me there for extra work. It's a small office but friendly and his staff are lovely. Very happy indeed. Thanks Doc.

I will never go back to this dentist again. He gave me 2 crowns which not much later I got cavities in the crowns. I had to go to another dentist to get new ones who said that Dr. Peeler didn't shave down my original teeth correctly thus my crowns wern't flush with my gum line thus cavities grew and I had to have them redone. Also, While preparing my teeth for crowns Dr. Peeler nicked one of my teeth with his drill and said it was no big deal but that nick caused a cavity that I had to have filled shortly later also. Whats even worse is he said I had a cavity in a tooth that come to find out I DIDNT have a cavity in. So now I wonder if I had any cavities at all and he was just saying that to do work and charge me money. Dr. Peeler talks VERY fast and spent very little time with me. He kept running in and out of my mouth to go and work on someone in another room coming back saying "ok, what are we doing again? oh ya i remember" while im all numbed up and vulnerable. Guy runs himself too thin which encourages abuse and sloppiness in his work.

He is fast and really talented, but we keep getting billing adjustments continually - they don't seem to deal well with the insurance companies and would rather bill us instead. They actually told me the insurance company would not pay a bill while it was still being reviewed and a check was pending. Also, the actual price for the co-pay has been consistantly higher than the quoted price no matter how hard you try to nail it down.

About Hygienist: The staff is really cool - it's just the constant up-charging that gets to us. I rated the stress factor as high because their billing has me worrying about missing meals. The office is nice and the people are all nice too.

Dr is not great, you can tell he is not confident in his work. Staff is really nice except for the really blond older lady who doesn't ever look at anyone when they come in. She was also barking orders to the other staff. I like the two girls that wear glasses, they made me feel comfortable, but the Dr. doesn't seem to be on the same page as everyone, and I don't trust him. I will never come back.

Went in to have a routine cleaning was told I had periodontal disease $900.00 later. Not only was I told that but so was every person in the office that day! Was also told that I needed resin for my molars. This would have been an expensive treatment for over 6 teeth that my insurance barely covered. Got a second opinion and I only needed sealants; I had no cavities. Had a spot on one of my x-rays, was told that it was infection. Got a second opinion, it was only scar tissue. They are expensive, their patients complain about their bills, some of the staff is rude and you will break your pockets trying to maintain your dental health! I do not recommend this office. Also, Dr. Peeler is very weird, makes you wonder how he is a dentist!! If you have the time to go elsewhere, please do. Otherwise you may be told that you have mouth cancer and pay them $1000's of dollars for no reason. Run fast!!

About Hygienist: They all give different advice about their products, their information is not congruent.

I have received my dental treatment by Dr. Peeler. He is always friendly, caring and his office staff is also great. I have had extractions, root canals, and the cost has been "bearable". They have benefits available to assist in dental care which is great since the economy hasn't been great. I would recommend Dr. Peeler because he cares. If he didn't he wouldn't still be in business.

I went almost a decade without seeing a dentist and finally was able to go with my insurance and have had nothing but a good experience with the dental assistant there. I get excellent service every time I go.

23 years ago when I was 18, I had my first root canal by Dr. Peeler. 5 years ago it started giving me major trouble so I had to go to an endodontist and have a re-treatment. Imagine my surprise and dismay when they removed actual FILES from the root of my tooth that Dr Peeler had left in. The roots of the tooth began to break down so I had to have another DR do surgery down on the root of the tooth to repair it. Now, the crown that Dr Peeler put on has broken in 2 places this week. Now, I know crowns are NOT forever, but how can I justify spending a $1000 on a new crown when I have had 3 procedures done to this tooth already and may end up losing it all together???
