word of caution if you want crowns and discounts this dentist is for you.his payment plan does not qualify as insurance but as a discount plan so if you ever change dentists and apply private dental insurance you will have to wait 6 months for basic coverage and 12 months for major work.insurance companies require you to have been insured by an insurance company 60 days prior to new dentist to wave a waiting period

As my family and I went for a cleaning and evaluation,
Dr. Kimes diagnosed my 16 years old daughter as needing a crown, my wife also needed a crown and i needed 2 crowns.......
Went to a different dentist who fixed my 2 molars and my wife's molar by filling them. Unfortunately, we had quickly agreed to put a crown to my daughter while we ought to get her a second opinion first .....

Stay away from this dentist! I got an infection while he was putting a crown! The crown did not fit properly, so he just stuck it in place and it looks and feels terrible. He performed 3 root canals out of which at least two I now have to redo (at a different dental office!) due to the continuous pain, incomplete root canal job, and an infection. I have never had such a terrible experience in my whole life!!! In addition to that, his office is just like a cheap assembly line where you are treated as a 'thing’, not a person – next, ready, go…

Do yourself a favor a never never never go to this dentist. I went here and they submitted my claim under the wrong insurance policy number and it got denied they never bothered to call and tell me and my claim went to collections. I found out about it when the collection agency started calling me. I then paid the dentist in full and they never bothered to call the collection agency and let them know. I still have the collection agency calling me today because the dentist office wont do its job
