I went in for the zoom brightening procedure. After two plus hours of treatment I saw no difference in the shade of my teeth. This cost me $249.00! When I complained a week later, I was told sorry. Apparently, I had signed some form that sometimes things don't always turn out as advertised! (6-10 shades more white). They also advertise it takes one hour! What a bunch of mis-information at best.

He does not call the insurance company to verify if the procedures will be covered by your insurance company. He just does the dental work and when the insurance does not pay, you will get a high bill. Do Not Go To This Dentist.

This office puts money over the quality of work and the service that is provided. I chipped my front tooth when I was younger and after 7 years the restoration fell out. I made an appointment and was seen pretty quick. Dr. Shah came in and gave me the option of getting a veneer, which I am unable to afford right now or a composite filling. I chose the composite and he did a poor job. The filling is pushed put so my tooth looks deformed, there was composite smeared on the back of my tooth. I kept telling him that I still felt something on the back of my tooth but he just walked out and had the assistant polish. She told me it was just cement and it will come off after a few days. WRONG! I waited almost a month and it was still there. So I made an appointment to get it fixed and to discuss the deformity. When I asked him about it he said that I had the option to choose a veneer but I didn't so the only thing he can do is thin it out but it may break. So I just said to leave it. As for the buildup of composite on the back of my tooth he got a good amount of it off, but it's still rough and when I floss it gets caught on the composite and there's a small chip I can feel. I paid 275 for a deformed front tooth that looks horrible. :(
