Dr. Pollack, a youngish 50+ woman, was the best, most thorough endodontist that I have ever used. Unfortunately for me I have used many as I am a 64 year old man with bad teeth. The whole office was impressive from the receptionist with the forms to the assistant, who was extremely pleasant and capable. Dr. Pollack described what she was doing very clearly and nicely and told me what the issues were - and there were many for me as I had two other problems at the time and was in great pain. I should also say that she squeezed me in with only three hours notice. Also, all the other patients in the office seemed happy, not an easy thing when you are involved with a root canal.
I was the only man in the place except a messenger who arrived as I was leaving. For a woman, finding someone this competent and this pleasant, would make this about the best person ever - if not it would be her partner Dr. Rita Chan, whom my wife has used and recommended to me. I give Dr. Pollack and the office my highest recommendation.
