Dr. Marino and his staff are very friendly. They present and facilitate a warm and welcoming environment. On two separate occasions, I have had to have crowns replaced that Dr. Marino has done. On almost every occasion, the estimated cost I've been given in the office for procedures is considerably less than what I've had to pay. This, of course, involves the insurance company as well; however, the charges in this office are greater than those of other dentists I've recently compared.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is extremely competent and thorough. The cost is greater than that of other dentists I've recently compared.

HIghly recommended. Very professional. He has an in-house machine that makes crowns so that the proceedure can be done in one visit.
About Hygienist: The hygenist does a thorough job of cleaning my teeth.

Been seeing him for over 16 years - love him and his staff. Started with fillings when I was in college. Have recommended him to all family members who are now his patients. Can't rate the facilities until he moves into new office in Dec 2006.

I was really impressed by the way Dr. Marino and his staff got their office up and running after Katrina. His office was destroyed by the storm so he had to find temporary office space to treat his patients. My old dentist left New Orleans after the storm, and I needed to find a new one to get a crown done. In spite of the fact that he was operating out of shared temporary office, he and his staff were able to deliver great service. Having the crown made was actually relaxing and stress free, and Dr. Marino made sure to explain every step of the procedure. I really enjoyed talking to Dr. Marino! He and his staff are so friendly. When I came back for a cleaning, he even remembered to ask me about my trip to France.

Wow! Here in New Orleans on a disaster recovery contract. Chipped a tooth. Dr. Marino saw me the same day, designed a crown on a fancy new computer, it was milled right in the office, and 90 minutes after I walked in I had a new crown. Incredible! Great guy, great facilities (he got flooded out and is sharing with another dentist). I'm from Virginia and my barber is in New Orleans. Now my dentist is too.

Dr Marino is a great dentist. He has a great personality that makes you releax during treatment. My crown is perfect! You can't tell it is fake.

Dr. Marino is a good dentist in the Lakeview area. His one day crowns and filings are wonderful. Also, the office staff was extremely friendly and kind. I would greatly recommend anyone interested in great dental work to visit him. .

Dr. Marino referred me to an oral Sargon for two dental implants. I am expecting to have the Cerec ceramic crowns installed by Dr. Marino in December. I could not be more happy with the overall experience that I have received, over many years, from the Doctor and his Staff.
