Dr. Lewis's office did not clarify the services he was providing me. His office sent me a bill for services I did not recieve and also for services he did not ask my approval for. Please ask lots of questions when in his office.

Dr Lewis did a great job. I had to get a tooth filled and was a complete wreck. He was able to calm my nerves and fix my tooth. Thank goodness for no more pain! Highly recommended.
