I've been a patient of Dr. Piskor's ever since he replace Dr. Greene (who retired). I go to his office for my 6 month cleanings and I've had cavities filled, a root canal, 2 crowns from him. I've never had a problem with anything he's done. I've a very nervous dental patient and he does his best to calm me given the situation. I basically am very happy (though I wish he did not move from Cambridge to Lexington).

Dr. Piskor is an excellent dentist. My only complaint is that he moved his office recently to a place (Lexington) that isn't convenient and also doesn't have any available appointments before work. But I have nothing bad to say about the treatment I've received from him.

About Hygienist: One of his hygienists, Sam, is way too rough. He left my gums sore for days after my last cleaning.

Greetings; I dont like doing this, but feel obligated to inform you of several unfortunate situations I experienced with Dr. Piskors office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The first situation was when I had a crown replaced on my tooth. The dentist at the time was very rushed and dropped the crown down my throat. Luckily, I did not inhale and he reached down and pulled out the crown. This all happened very quickly, but, needless to say, I was shaking afterward. The second incident (possibly due to the fact that I was now wary after the first incident) - Dr. Piskor dropped me as one of his patients in 2008. This was highly un-nerving as I didnt do anything wrong and was given no explanation. I was traveling at the time and on my way from New York to Boston for the appointment and he informed me the day before that I was no longer a patient. If the appointment were for a standard annual checkup, it still would have been a shock, but not as bad as the fact that I was having lots of pain and needed to be checked for a potential root canal. I had to scramble and find another dentist. He sent me a letter with my negatives and no clear explanation. All very strange, all very unacceptable and clearly unprofessional.

Dr. Piskor is friendly, knowledgable and overall an excellent dentist. I have never had any problems at his office. He has worked on me for three years, including one root canal which was pain free and turned out great. Dr. Piskor and his staff are terrific and I highly recommend them!

About Hygienist: His assistants Gail and Lindsay are fantastic; so friendly, courteous and excellent at what they do. They make you feel extremely comfortable. They take the time to explain what is going to take place and are wonderful at answering any questions or calming any concerns I have ever had.

I went to Dr. Piskor because of a cracked filling in a molar. After five visits (I went to some appointments only to discover that the crown wasn't ready yet), he installed a permanent crown on the bottom molar. It was too large, so he ground the upper molar to accomodate it. He ground so much that the upper molar then needed a crown, for which I had to pay. Five more visits and several thousand dollars later, I had two crowns. Less than a year later, both crowns had to be removed by another dentist for root canals and new crowns. Keep in mind one of the teeth was fine before Dr. Piskor touched it. Dr. Piskor should not be allowed to practice dentistry.

i had a difficult problem with a front tooth that had loosened because of an abcess. dr Piskor treated it successfully, with meticulous care and attention to detail - so much so that my London dentist initially would not believe that i had had root canal treatment! the premises and light, warm and welcoming. dr Piskor is gentle and caring. for example, he phoned me the evening of the initial treatment to make sure i was not in pain. top class treatment from a very nice man! i wish we had dentists like him in London. kieran prendergast
