rude and not friendly.. I felt like my procedure was inconveniencing Dr. Joe. he did not answer some of my questions and left in a hurry as soon as it was completed.

About Front Desk: front desk is not helpful and hit me with multiple billing "mistakes" I had to take care of myself. They still send me collection notices for a cleaning I never had done.

The worst mistake of my life, is having my family go to Dr. Joe for dental work. First thing, you never get to see him. When you do, he will push any issues you have till the next visit, then the next visit. until the situation get so bad. My son was in a horrible accident and we took him to Dr. Joe. Instead of sending him to an Oral Surgeon or an Speicalist, he quickly clean it up and send him home. My son lost three adult teeth because of Dr. Joe incompetent. Please do you and yourself family a favor, find a different or another dentist! Because sooner or later you WILL regret it!

I recently had a tooth extracted by dentist Stanley Joe and a few days later started developing extreme pain. I called the office and expressed my concern about the possibility of a dry socket. The receptionist told me I would have to "just deal with it." After our conversation I called two other dentists who do treat dry socket and they told me since he had been the one to pull the tooth he would have to treat the dry socket. I called dentist Stanley Joe back and tried again to be seen by him only to be put on hold. When the receptionist came back on the line she told me dentist Stanley Joe said that I would have to "deal with it." After talking to a few other dentists, AGAIN, who sympathized with me and couldn't understand why the dentist was refusing to treat my pain I called back and demanded an appointment. I saw dentist Joe that afternoon only to be told by the dentist that he would not pack my dry socket because "packing of a tooth doesn't work." If packing a dry socket does not work than why does EVERY other dentist offer treatment for a dry socket?! Not only did he refuse to treat me for my dry socket but he also lied. I talked to an oral surgeon and a local dentist office who said that the packing of dry socket does, in fact, help treat the dry socket. He was so kind as to refer me to an oral surgeon but of course I would have to pay out of pocket. I would suggest finding a professional dentist that not only extracts a tooth but also will treat you if you get a dry socket because of extraction.
