Dr. Merloni is professional and friendly. Not only have I been extremely pleased with his service, but the referrals have been to very good offices as well. For instance, I had a couple cavities to fill yesterday. Seems the doc had a kitchen accident and couldn't do it. He called me personally. Who does that? A guy that gives a crap.
About Front Desk: If you would go to a different dentist because of the person at the front desk, you need to re-examine your priorities.

I find Dr. Merloni to be skilled and competent. He is very conservative in trying to use minimal procedures if possible. His fees are fair. His office staff is very nice and efficient.
About Hygienist: Varies. Some are very good, others are ok.
