Dear Dr. Pallotta, I want to express what a wonderful dental hygienist Nguyet Nguyen is! I had a deep cleaning done yesterday where she administered a Novocain shot and cleaned the area of a back tooth where my gingivitis is acting up. She did an excellent job. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions. In addition, she is very personable and caring. As a result, I look forward to going to the dentist knowing that it will be a positive experience. And Maria, your receptionist is very efficient, a whiz on the computer and is always pleasant to talk to on the phone or in person. All your staff is excellent. Congratulations!

John, as I would like to call Dr. Pallotta, is the most dedicated dentist I've had in all of my dental history. He truly cares for his patients and this is evidenced by his honesty, diligence and humility towards his practice. His staff is just as sweet and well-mannered as John. Dental Lexington works as a team with one goal in mind: patients that come here receive the best dental care humanly possible with a touch of warmth. I have suffered all my life with the fear of going to a dentist office specifically sitting in the dentist's chair - heightened apprehension is the least of my worries - Dr. Palotta has successfully, and with cautious ease, navigated me thru my long overdue dental needs. Neglected dental work only gets worse, painful and more expensive over time - if you suffer like me, do yourself a favor and visit John's dental practice, it might just save you from a future of pain and costly dental work.

Dr. Pallotta is by far the best dentist that I have been to. He's extremely personable and excellent at what he does. He goes out of his way to make time for his patients, explaining what he is doing and does not rush through the appointment. Dr. Pallotta is also quite engaging and is genuinely interested in you as a person, asking questions about yourself and your family, and actually remembers these details at subsequent visits!! I can't recommend Dr. Pallotta high enough!

I saw Dr. Pallotta for a night guard. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and performed great work. His office space is very welcoming and his staff were also very helpful! It is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and I highly recommend his practice.

I went to John to get some work done for a filling that had to be replaced. The atmosphere was welcoming and the receptionist was very nice. John was very prompt in meeting me at the time of my appointment and he was also very friendly. The work he performed was top notch, and quickly done while having great attention to detail and attending to my dental needs. If you can, I highly recommend you take a visit to John's office and get some work done you may need. He only does what needs to be done for you and will not try to upcharge you for some flakey work like other dental offices have done to me in the past. Thanks again John, my tooth feels much better!

Dr. John Pallotta is very pleasant, friendly, informative and one of the most exceptional dentists that I've ever known. Even with his super busy schedule he was able to fit my mother in, I brought my mother to see Dr. John P. last year to have her crown put on. He was genuinely caring and dedicated many hours to ensure every steps were executed perfectly I can't express how grateful to have Dr. John worked on my mother's teeth. Everything went well and smoothly, my mother was very happy with the service, John really put a big smile on her face. :) Thank you John, I truly appreciate your work. Dr. John's assistant Marissa is also very knowledgeable and friendly, she is fast, thorough and professional as well as everyone at the office. The office has a neat theme and they have a suitable music station on, which makes the it feels relaxed, warm and comfortable. The working area is nice, clean and fresh, John and his staffs also use all up to date and the top notch state-of-art medical equipment. Overall Dr. John is very genuinely sweet, kind and amazing. He and his staffs provide really exceptional top notch dental care and I highly recommended. Thank you , Leah and mom!

I have been going to Dr. Pallotta for 4 years for routine cleaning and also fillings. Of all the dentists I have been to, Dr. Pallotta definite went above and beyond my expectation. Not only that the cost is reasonable, he will also give you honest feedback. Shows that he really cares. I would strongly recommend Dr. Pallotta to my co-workers, friends, family and I would trust him with my kids as well.

I was apprehensive at first however after my first consultation with Dr. Pallotta He made me feel at ease! with his knowledge and expertise in restoring my smile, As I needed 12 unit bridge! that the doctor undertook and I have to say that ity was a great success he made me feel at ease with the procedure from taking impressions, setting me up with a temporary bridge until mine came back from the lab after it was cemented it and he said to smile into the mirror I could not believe the transformation that had taken place! its been a very nice transformation and Im happy to say that Dr Palotta is a great Dentist! And I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff!

I have seen Dr. Pallotta for routine office visits. He is extremely professional and efficient. He has a very welcoming staff and a very pleasant chair-side manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pallotta to others

Dr Pallotta is the best dentist I know. The team is professional and Dr Pallotta is gentle, honest and thorough. I used to have anxiety going to the dentist. since I have been visiting Dr Pallotta, I now enjoy the visits. I highly recommend his office.
