My daughter had a horrible experience with Dr. Segura. Last year, my daughter has a filling done with Dr. Segura. That filling then fell out 2 months later and had to be redone. Same thing 4 months later at which time, Dr. Segura finally took an X-ray (she did the previous fillings without X-rays). This time she said that there was no point in re-doing the filling since it looked like the tooth was going to fall out soon. Well another six months went by and my daughter's tooth started to hurt so much that she cried all night. In the morning we went back and Dr. Segura said that the tooth was infected and would need to be extracted. She put my daughter on antibiotics and then took the tooth out. That was 5 appointments for one tooth!!!! Dr. Segura is a horrible dentist! When I complained about why the tooth was filled in the first place, then left alone, then got an infection she got rude and said I had mass health and was not paying for anything so I shouldn't complain. The rest of the office is real nice, but Dr. Segura is not. Stay away!
