Dr Straus is an excellent dentist!! I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time because I have had bad experiences. This dentist is very personable and answers any questions and takes the time with his patients. He is really a fantastic dentist and I would recommend him to anyone!

About Front Desk: His staff is also great. They are very thorough when it comes to billing and helping with scheduling appointments. You wont regret going here!! 5 stars for sure. :)

About Hygienist: The hygienist was fantastic also. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while I was waiting. The also have TV in the rooms if you want to watch while he is working on you. I was lucky enough to watch the channel I liked.

Dr STRAUS is a very competent Dentist. I appreciated him calling me in antibiotics and something for pain when he was not available on Fridays for patients emergencies but as a long term patient and my family was Very disappointed that I could not be seen when I had been having problems for 3 days and was now vomiting up the antibiotics I was even seen at an Acute Care Clinic and put on more antibiotics and steriods i was told they would try to fit me in but received no calls by the afternoon to see how I was doing and was told I would be seen the next moring only to be given an appointment in a Week for an abscesses tooth. No compassion from staff. No referral after my loyalty to this Dentist for all these years to be treated like this when in dire need. I will never go back nor will my family.. My advice is to have an open time every day for emergencies. It should be quality not the quantity.. Very upset and saddened at my treatment. Now I will never recommend Dr Strauss or his staff .

About Front Desk: Not helpful when you have an emergency. Perhaps if they had the same experience they would show more compassion or at least refer to someone else.

Dr. Straus is the epitome of an expert, experienced dental professional. He is friendly, compassionate, and pain-free. He is clearly passionate about his work. The hygienists are well trained, friendly, and use all the latest cleaning equipment like cavitrons (ultrasonic cleaning) and digital X-ray imaging. Apart from my normal cleanings, I've had two cavities filled completely painlessly without any kind of painkillers (Dr. Straus does use numbing gel and local aneshetics if you want - I just prefer to go without them). Highly recommended!
