They are always very friendly and make me feel at home. The office is very clean, and has a great staff! Dr. Wehbe's chairside manor is so kind and pleasant, I never feel nervous. I highly recommend this office.

This office is fabulous! Everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Wehbe is amazing and makes each process pain free! The office is very clean and the staff very professional. I am so happy I found them!

I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Webhe and his staff with respect to billing. My family and I have been 'very good customers' for years. My most recent work was very pricy so they allowed me on a monthly plan. I was appreciative of this. Then I received a call 2 days before Christmas very early in the am (which has happened before for appt. reminders) that I had to pay my monthly bill. Okay, so I did this. The crown for my tooth took an inordinate period of time, which the staff blamed on the Christmas holiday. Okay. When I finally called for an appt., I was told that no further work would be done until I paid off the remainder of the bill. The agreement was to continue payment plans until April. I am now sending the remaining part of the bill, will go to have the final appt. for my teeth and never plan on returning. I am a good customer and feel this treatment is unacceptable. I have also found Dr. Wehbe to be quite cranky of late. He reprimands his staff in public and when I told him that my work was taking quite a long time, he became very angry and defensive. I don't need this. As a professional myself in the health field, I know this is not how I would treat my population.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I didn't miss a single appointment in 4+ years. Then, after they left a voice mail reminder of an upcoming appointment, they cancelled it without informing me. When I showed for it, they said that it was my responsibility to call back to confirm -- a "fact" they neglected to mention on the voice mail. Then they refused to forward my dental records to my new dentist. It gets better. They sent a postcard to my wife informing her of an appointment -- which they scheduled without her input. She received it one day before the appointment date. When she called to cancel, Dr. Wehbe could be heard in the background yelling she had to pay a no-show fee for "cancelling" with less than 24 hours notice. Worst customer service ever.

I have been saving for six months to get my teeth done. I have experience the worst experience ever in my life. It's been seven months since I been at his west roxbury office and I am terrified to go to another dentist....

This dentist is a crook. Plain and simple. Has a reputation for trying to scam the insurance companies. He had me pay for a procedure that was supposed to be covered by my dental plan. When the plan finally agreed to pay for the procedure, rather than refund me my money, he sent me an invoice stating we were all even. Should have reported him to the dental association long ago.
