Great doctor, very friendly and personable. Treats patents with respect and offers good advice. Had several filings done, never an issue with the quality of the work or cost. Can't really compare cost as this is not something one shops for, especially for basic things as filings, however amounts I had to pay out-of-pocket, i.e whatever was not covered by my (average, I guess - Delta) insurance were never high to be an issue.
About Hygienist: Hygenists in the practice are equally great. Friendly, personable, patient. Highly recommended!

Young (not very but I am old) bright articulate good sense of humor and technically up to date and meticulous.
Treats his staff well and is great dentist amoung the many that are NOT.
He has done front tooth visible area repairs that totally are not detectable, and has done several superb gold crowns for me.
In an era when you can't really trust any of your medical "professionals" 100%, Dr. Pantano has my complete trust. He has always freely given me all the viable options and just let me decide with none of the pressure sales tactics used by some other "professionals".
And the selection of magazines in the waiting room is excellent, he has nice plants he cares about, and has appropriate background music.
His staff are all good folks and clearly like him and like working there.
