Experienced, excellent, dental practioner who has a friendly practice located conveniently in Towson at the "Ramsay Professional Building" named after the same. His dental work is outstanding and the cost is determined by your insurance. Most dental plans pick up routine care and a portion of other dental work. Dr. Ramsay does all his own work and does not have a hygienist. I have been a patient of his for 20yrs. Great dentist!
