I am truly disgusted by the office managers attitude and dimeanor. She was very short, rude and refused to be helpful in any way. I did not have a copy of my insurance card , which is typical because my children live in two different households. I told her the insurance card she requested did not even have dental coverage. My son is in pain due to his wisdom teeth which she was informed of. She stated well regardless I can't see him. Although this was a referral she never said this is what you can try and do. I have been in Beaufort for 5 years and the friendly attitude has always been a part of what drew me here. But she is the first too display uncaring attitude with christian pamphlets on display talking about the love of Christ. And regardless , we pay her,, without clients you have no job lady.
