Dr. Cooper is a highly competent dentist who I trust completely to take care of my dental needs. She is warm, friendly and cares about her patients. Her staff are equally as welcoming. I have not had any problems with billing or insurance. Her Hygienist reviewed in detail what the cost of the treatment would be. I highly recommend this practice.

I wanted a simple cleaning -FREE through insurance. We got new insurance- our old dentist gave us our x-rays. My husband & I both scheduled appointments. My husband's free cleaning was $150 because supposedly she gave him a flouride rinse & used special cleaning equipment. He tried to explain that he'd gotten NO rinse at all the assistant argued calling him, "honey" & "sweetie." His appointment lasted 40 minutes- included 30 min getting x-rays they INSISTED upon. Then they told him that he needed a deep cleaning & he'd have to come back to be cleaned- they hadn't cleaned at all!!! My FREE cleaning cost $100 because she used a special treatment that she recommended- BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT & I NEVER AGREED TO. Meanwhile, I was out of the office in 30 min, after spending 10 min waiting, 10 min getting x-rays- they "couldn't proceed" without them & the ones we had were "old". They spent less than 10 min in my mouth, said they could tell I flossed regularly & did a wonderful job w/my teeth. So why the "special treatment"? They robbed us. Our insurance pays for x-rays once every 2 years- since this is the first year we have that insurance, they wanted to take FULL advantage & do the unnecessary x-rays. We'll never go back.
About Hygienist: She was syrupy apologetic (completely insincere) about the overcharging and kept calling my husband "honey" which he repeatedly asked her NOT to do. She also went on & on telling us things we didn't want to know about her life & her new pet.

Dr. Vicki Cooper is a first rate dentist with exceptional skill and professionalism. I've never been a big fan of visiting the dentist, but Dr. Cooper makes the trip painless and effective.
I travel from Fairfax, Virgina to have Dr. Cooper work on my teeth and have for the past two years. That's a lot of driving to get a cavity filled, but trust me- she's worth the drive!

When I first met this dentist I wasn't overly impressed with her service, but she seemed to be competent and the dental service that she provided was adequate at the time. I had recently moved & knew of no other dentist that provided better service. It was on this basis that I continued using her for my dental needs.
The service provided by Dr. Cooper while not excellent, was adequate until there was a problem with her work. I do not have enough room to explain the problem in detail; suffice to say that I had a partial denture made, and that after 1 and a half years and at least 15 visits to her office, I still do not have a partial denture that I can use at this time.
I have returned my dentures to her and she has not committed to refund my money at this time. In fact her strategy is pretty much to avoid & ignore me until I go away and stop bothering her. Be aware that she is not good at resolving a situation when it turns bad. If you experience a problem, you are more likely to be ignored than helped. The front desk may well be used to obstruct your attempts to communicate with her and therefore I can only rate her customer service & treatment success as very poor, and her stress, anxiety, & pain levels as extremely high.

Dr Cooper is professional, accurate and cognizant ot your time. The office is organized and spacious. I would recommend this doctor and office to anyone.
