Dr. Shambaugh has been our family dentist for about eight years or so. He has treated two adults and four children who have had numerous dental challenges. His expertise and professionalism is superb, and I can't praise him enough. Customer service was modest years ago and has improved to stellar. His new-ish office (3-4 years?) is excellent, and his staff well trained. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffery Shambaugh as a family dentist.

Very professional, kind, and responsive to "emergency" calls. Gives all possible options so one is well equiped to make the right choice for their situation. Highly recommend.

I was given a faulty partial from this dentist, then kicked out of his practice for speaking out online. After seeing this dentist for a month, never given a treatment plan that included my costs, and the office manager mistakenly telling me the dentist was a preferred provider, I am left with an $1.100 piece of GARBAGE. This should have cost $450 out of pocket, but this greedy man would not even meet me halfway, instead, he made excuses for the office manager! "How was she supposed to know if we are a preferred provider?" How about, IT'S HER JOB!!!!!!! The "lab" didn't have tooth colored clips to go on my partial, so it came in PINK! This is the part that goes over my teeth, in PINK. His fix, cut them off!!! Garbage from a greedy crook! I do not recommend this dentist!
About Hygienist: One was very nice, she volunteers for the dental clinic here in Fort Wayne.
