Dr. Poulsen has been our family dentist for over 10 years. I tried a few others because our insurance changed, but I went back to him. He is kind, professional, gentle, and explains procedures well. His dental hygienist, Linda, gives the most thorough and gentle cleaning that I have ever experienced. They are also very understanding when I don't come back every 6 months, even though they do send reminders. They do not take all insurances, but always submit my paid bill to the insurance for reimbursement to me. --Mrs. L. W.
