The staff was good, and Dr Vida's skills seemed fine. But she was very condescending. I was given incorrect information about the procedures to be performed during my visit then snapped at when I questioned her. I didn't find her very patient or concerned with working with her patients.

About Front Desk: Front desk was very helpful to the extent they could be, given how difficult Dr Vida is.

First impression: money- driven. I liked that she explained how to best take care of my teeth, I don't get that anywhere else. Negative: she made unprofessional, unwanted remarks. My teeth are ok now, but I think she wants to do things her way, not necessarily what I need to get done first. She sets up a schedule. Seemed like she added a procedure to my crown called restoration, which was not mentioned prior to appt. date, which cost another $140 or so.

About Front Desk: She was the best part about the office experience, ( good, friendly personality), but she could be a little more understanding of what I was telling her about the problems bout my teeth and what my needs were.

About Hygienist: She should be more professional, not personal with the patients. The chair was so uncomfortable ( old) that my back problem started making my lower back sore. I told her that I have a back problem, it was hurting. Nevertheless, The assistant told me repeatedly to sit up, and Pushed! the chair against my back. I asked to recline it, but she didn't want to. She did that to me every time I went in to sit in the chair. She pushed! the chair against my back in a 90 degrees angle, which was very uncomfortable. I was bothered with her treatment for days!

There are many other providers in the area that I will utilize in the future. The hygienist was great. The my experience with the dentist was terrible. She was condescending, arrogant, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. The support staff was great, but she and her husband should not be in the customer care industry. I voiced my concerns and I was belittled, and treated very poorly. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
