Dr. Freedman has been taking care of my family with very pleasant dental visits. We have had crowns, fillings, and teeth replacement, in addition to our regular cleanings. All our treatment has been done painlessly, with Dr. Freedman being very informative, answering our questions before treatment. My children, age 12 and 9, look forward to their visits. His office staff also has been very helpful with insurance, and their personalities add to the relaxed feeling of dental treatment.

About Front Desk: outstanding personalities, very helpful with keeping us on schedule, and make the best use of our insurance coverage

About Hygienist: yes, gentle, thorough, with great feeling mouth afterwards

Came from boston. Fear dentistry. Completely relaxed with Dr. Freedman and his girls. He explains everything, and gives painless shots. Every treatment/visit has gone smoothly and on time. Much more relaxed when I now have to go to the dentist.

About Front Desk: Front office is outstanding with scheduling, insurance claims, and very personable. A pleasure to visit this office.

Very pushy, I went for cleaning only, he insisted for much more Xrays, tooth work … trying to convince me wasting 10-15 min. of my time, when I refused he became irritated. Money, money, money

Very friendly and personable. Took the time to explain everything and spent time listening to any concerns I had- great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and also took the time to make my husband feel comfortable, as he had very bad experiences at previous dental appointments with other dentists. Would definitely recommend. Also, receptionist very nice- checked out different pricing as well as dental insurance coverage when I needed fillings, bite guard, etc.

About Hygienist: Very friendly and again great bedside manner. Always listened to my concerns and also how i was doing/feeling during the procedures. Great dentist to have- so sad we moved out of state:(

Dr Freedman is a freindly doctor who tells you like it is. Doesn't give you unnessesary procedures, just what is needed. prices are reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone else.

I went to Dr. Freedman because he was in the list of providers on my insurance policy. I had just moved to the area and I didn't know anything about him. My experience with him was horrible. I had a dentists phobia before I went to him and now it's ten times worse. Even after telling him how scared I was and how low my pain tolerance is, he didn't care. He used gas to 'relax' me, and said that it was enough and that I wouldn't need Novocaine. He started drilling my tooth with no pain blocker at all. He stopped and gave me Novocaine when I wouldn't stop screaming. The gas made me feel like I was trapped in a nightmare. I have pretty bad TMJ which makes it hard to open my mouth very wide and he kept yanking my mouth open further that it could go. My head ached for days after my visit. Even after all of this was done and my cavity was filled, they sent me home still looped up on gas. They told me I was fine to drive, but I was so dizzy I fell on the way to my car. I called my husband sobbing and he had to leave work to pick me up. I will never, ever see this dentist again.

I just moved to the area and this was a dentist I picked because he was close to were I live. I had to get a cavity filled and after I had it done, it still hurt. I had to go back twice to get it adjusted. I have never had a cavity hurt after I had it filled so I was a little upset. He may be a good dentist but I just had a bad first experience.
