Dr. Diaz treated my lower left second premolar for endodontic therapy. I must admit the treatment was much easier than I had anticipated! Dr. Diaz was very professional and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Thanks Dr. Diaz!

I also had a bad experience with Dr. Diaz"s staff. They were very rude and made jokes about patients who asked to pay in installments. Dr. Diaz himself did a good job on my root canal after I had a bad experience with another dentist. He was kind and careful; however, after dealing with the staff, I left feeling very frustrated besides suffering from the pain of having a root canal. I would not go back because of the front office staff.

A total disaster, from every standpoint. I had a root canal done by Dr. Ariel Diaz on 5.23.05 that resulted in some of the most severe facial and jaw pain I ever had in my life. My mouth was so swollen I could barely talk the very night following the procedure. Upon contacting Dr. Diaz's office, I was told he was out of the office, but I could come back in and see his associate, a Dr. Schwartz. On returning, I was left to wait 30 minutes in his office, and then told to go to the emergency room at any hospital to get fixed, as Dr. Schwartz was too busy to see me. The worst part is all the staff was concerned about was money, not my pain, and insisted I pay my remaining balance of $835.00 before leaving for the hospital, which I was so outraged about I almost had a heart attack over. Very unprofessional and non-compassionate staff. In my opinion, Dr. Diaz should not be doing any root canals, as he expects emergency rooms at hospitals to fix his mistakes for him, and worst of all expects to be fully paid for his failures that he can't /won't correct that inflict horrible misery and pain on you.
