Does not know how to take an impression. Material set too long. After Dr. Darian wrestled the material out of my mouth I left the office with several bruises on my face. Needless to say I did not return and went to a different dentist

Highly unprofessional office! I had to cancel an appointment due to a sick 2 year old at the last minute and was treated in an unbelieveable manner. First, the dentist herself got on the phone to encourage me to come to my appointment because she couldn't fill the time slot and suggested that someone else take my child to the doctor. When I called back to ask that they send me a bill for their time as well as for xrays done by the office previously, the office assistant proceeded to tell me that she herself was a single parent and "never missed a day of work" and that they wouldn't release my records until they received payment from BCBS. Since I was missing part of a tooth, I told her I'd rather not wait that long and would pay myself for the xrays and teeth cleaning and get reimbursed by BCBS, however she refused saying that she never had a patient cancel 15 minutes before an appointment before.
While it's understandable that they don't like to have cancellations, especially at the last minute, life does happen and offices need to have some sense of flexibility. Furthermore, there's no excuse for incivility.
I would never recommend this dental practice to anyone.

She has been our family dentist for many years. She does not do things that are not necessary or that would not be ethical in her eyes. We all love her and her staff. She gets an A+ rating from this family.
