I was there to get my teeth cleaned, techs. wanted to take x rays which I was not comfortable with ,so I refused. They agreed and made me wait till dental chair get ready, I waited.
I sat down in dental chair and I was prepared to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. came and she insisted and I told her, I just refused and they agreed to it that's why I was sitting on dental chair. I offered her if she wants she can have my records from my past dentist, she still insisted you have to have x-rays.
My whole Sunday was waited as I did not schedule anything else just because of dental cleaning.

About Hygienist: very good hygienist. They will walk you through every procedure. Make sure you understand the steps and good team

Dr. Nemallapudi is very knowledgable, Friendly, and Kids love her. She is very reasonable. Has state of the art equipment. my kids used to be scared of dentists. Once I took them to Dr.Nemallapudi's Office they felt very comfortable and now they say when is my next dental appointment. I strongly recommend Dr.Nemallapudi. Front Desk Staff is very friendly. Especially Nimmy is great. Dental Assistant Arezue is very friendly and helpfull. their office is small but they told me they are moving to new office 2 miles down(4000 Livernois Road, Troy, MI 48098)She is going to be our dentist for life.
About Hygienist: Hegienist was very friendly with our kids and myself too. This office really know how to treat their patients.
